Swiss Coffee Championships 2026: Registrations are now open
It’s time: Registrations for the Swiss Coffee Championships 2025 are open! Registrations for this year’s championships are open for all categories! We’re looking forward to an exciting season with some new additions. Here are all the details you need to know for your participation:
Brewers Cup – NEW: Preliminary Round with Compulsory
We’re starting with an exciting new format for the Brewers Cup! On September 21, 2025, a preliminary round for up to 20 participants will take place at The Good Life Roastery in Lausanne. Here, you’ll face a compulsory round. Further details will be sent directly via email to all registered participants.
Roasting Championship – NEW: Preliminary Round with Single Origin
The Roasting Championship also has a new format. In October, a preliminary round with a single origin coffee will take place for 14 participants. The best 6 roasters will move on to the final, where a blend will be roasted.
The final will take place shortly before the Swiss Coffee Festival on November 20, 2025. What’s special: All judges will openly taste the coffees during the festival, and the winners will be announced live on site!
Latte Art, Coffee in Good Spirits & Cup Tasters
These championships will take place as usual on the weekend of the Swiss Coffee Festival (November 22–23, 2025). Spaces are highly sought after:
- Cup Tasters: 24 spots
- Latte Art Final: 8 spots
- Coffee in Good Spirits Final: 8 spots
Important Information for Registration
Please note the following points to successfully complete your registration:
- Limitation: A maximum of 2 participants per company per category are allowed.
- Availability: Spots are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
- Confirmation: Due to limited spaces, your registration is only definite after you have received a manual confirmation email from our Championships Team (this will happen within 24 hours).
- All registered participants will receive further detailed information via email.
