Dos Paraísos brings the best Colombian coffee straight from Algeciras, Huila, to the cups of Zürich. At an altitude of 1,650 meters, situated between the villages of Paraíso Viejo and Nuevo Paraíso, we cultivate single-origin Arabica coffee with the utmost dedication. At this year’s Swiss Coffee Festival, we proudly present our specialty: the multifaceted Castillo Honey. Dos Paraisos ist ein sortenreiner Castillo-Arabica, der auf 1650 m ü. M, wächst, 100 Stunden in der Kirsche fermentiert wird, rund 20 Tage an der Sonne trocknet und anschliessend einen Monat lang ruht.
Das Ergebnis ist ein besonderer Kaffee mit floralen und fruchtigen Noten – ein Geschmack, der die Tiefe Kolumbiens mit der Sehnsucht nach Echtheit verbindet.
